the hotel location is a HUGE plus, close to many places to see. I could walk almost everywhere. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The room was super clean and cozy, with enough tea and coffee provided. I appreciated the option to leave luggage before check-in.
the shower door did not shut properly and the plug in the sink sticks. it was annoying.

The room was not great. The shower was REALLY small, a tight fit even for me. the walls seemed thin. I could hear people showering and snoring, which disrupted my sleep.

The location was central. Dropping off luggage before exploring was easy. the staff was very friendly (especially with directions!). my room was quiet, despite facing the street, which i found amazing. they also stored my luggage before check-in, which helped a lot.
